Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is ready, depending on the product's lead time. Please note that delivery times are only estimates, and longer delays may occur. Delivery is to curbside only and usually delivered on a wood pallet, without any assistance provided by the courier to unload, unbox or take goods inside your property as they are not insured to enter properties. They will leave the goods on the doorstep or at the nearest accessible place to an entrance door, into a garage, or drive. Pallet freight companies do not provide window times or tracking service like smaller item couriers.

RETURNS

All goods returned must be in an unused, perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging. If the goods do not reach us in this condition, then your right to a full refund may be affected. Goods that have been specially made to order in a specific finish, colour or fabric, as per the customer’s specifications, cannot be returned.
